By using goathlete.app you agree to these terms. They are short because the product is simple.

What the service is

A free, informational estimate of athletic potential computed from your self-reported answers and public population data. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

What the service is not

Not a scouting report, a recruiting evaluation, a training prescription, or medical, health, or professional advice. Scores are estimates and can be wrong. Decisions you make based on a score, including training decisions, are yours.

Training content

Any exercise suggestions are general bodyweight examples, not a personalized program. Train within your ability, and consult a qualified professional before starting new physical training, especially if you have an injury or health condition.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this free service is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, and its scoring model belong to us. Your score card is yours; share it anywhere.

Accounts

Accounts are optional and free, for athletes 13 and older. Keep your password to yourself, give us a real email so recovery works, and don't share or resell your account. We may suspend or delete accounts used to abuse the service. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time.

Leaderboard names

If you join the in-app leaderboard, pick a display name that would be fine on a gym wall. We may remove or change any display name or entry at our discretion, without notice, to keep the board decent.

Governing law
